I have been working in the Travel Industry since 1989.  I have been working at Southern Cross Travel for the last 7 years.

Travelling is definitely my most favourite thing to do.  I was an exchange student living in the Netherlands for 12 months when I was 16 and that is where it started for me.

I have then since travelled extensively throughout  the United Kingdom and Europe, also including Egypt, Israel and Turkey.  Have trekked in Thailand and travelled North & South Islands of New Zealand.  Cruised the South Pacifc and then travelled back to Vanuatu, Fiji and Noumea.  Also Bali is a favourite.  I have had the opportunity to travel Australia.  A favourite was definitely sailing the whitsundays on a catamaran. White Haven beach one of the best I have seen!

A passion for travel and adventure inspired me to enter the travel industry over 16 years ago, and I haven't looked back since.

My travels have taken me through 37 states of the United States, Canada , Greece, Singapore, Bali, Northern and Southern Thailand, Noumea and New Zealand as well as most of the Australian states. My adventures have included elephant trekking in Thailand, Snake Handling in Las Vegas, Mopeds in Mykonos, croc hunting in Katherine and wrangling campers at a summer camp in Minnesota.
